Following the fabulous and forceful track Shake It (released back in March), London-based Aussie troubadour, singer/songwriter and beard-grower Steve Smyth is back with a new single. The slow, balladic song is entitled Written Or Spoken, it’s available now and is the nest track unveiled off of Smyth’s upcoming sophomore full-length Exits.

Written Or Spoken was released on July 07, 2014 via Ivy League Records. The single is available as digital download, you can buy it from iTunes. The song come with a beautiful, hypnotising music video directed by Brian Purnell and Tom McDonald of Mushroom Creative, watch it above.

Exits will drop officially on September 05 via Ivy League. The album will be available as download, CD and 12″ vinyl LP. The album was recorded by Smyth in Echo Park, LA, together with the production team of Joey Waronker (Atoms For Peace, Thom Yorke, Beck) and Gus Seyffert (The Black Keys, Norah Jones).
