Nicholas Krgovich – Along the PCH on Oscar Night [Official Video] / New Album ‘On Sunset’ (2014/09/23)

:: One of the greatest songs I’ve heard this year so far.

Vancouver-native Nicholas Krgovich has released music under various monikers since 2002 when his chamber pop band P:ano debuted with When It’s Dark And It’s Summer. The singer/songwriter and multi-instrumentalist is currently living in L.A., and his new solo LP On Sunset is a declaration of love to the City of Angels

On Sunset is released in North America on September 23, 2014 via Krgovich’s own NK World Service label. The UK sees release of the album on September 29 via Tin Angel Records, the rest of Europe follows on October 13 via Tin Angel. The LP is available as digital download (mp3/flac/aiff/wav), CD and 12″ vinyl LP. You can buy/order your copy of On Sunset in all versions from Tin Angel Records’ Bandcamp.

The album – entirely written and composed by Krgovich – is mixed and produced by John Collins. Along the PCH on Oscar Night is the first single off On Sunset. The music video for the marvellous track is directed by Peter J. Brant, watch it above. New single City of Night, a smooth disco track, is streaming below. On occasion of the single release, Krgovich told Bullett what he loves about L.A., read the full feature here.
