:: Stunning song, truly amazing album!

The two singer/songwriters Kira Skov [vocals] and Marie Fisker [vocals/guitar] have joint forces for a new musical venture named The Cabin Project. Already in spring 2013, they isolated themselves in cabin deep in Canada’s woods together with Oliver Hoiness [guitar] and Ned Ferm [sax/flute/keys]. In collaboration with renowned producer/engineer Mark Howard, the four recorded The Cabin Project’s self-titled debut, an album of wonderfully stripped-back songs which is out for us enjoy now.

The Cabin Project was released digitally on September 01, 2014 via Stunt Records /Sundance Music. You can buy the set of ten songs from iTunes. A preview of the album is streaming at Gaffa.dk (via Wimp). Head over and have a listen, it’s a real beauty.

Come Rain is the amazing first single taken from The Cabin Project. The song comes with a beautiful video filmed, produced and directed by Katja Boom that you can check out above. The Cabin Project have a handful of upcoming live dates. Check out the schedule and the album teaser below.
