Two years ago, Montreal-based singer/songwriter Al Spx released the first album of her band Cold Specks, the critically acclaimed I Predit a Graceful Expulsion. Last year saw her collaborating with Moby in two songs on his latest album Innocents, and last May brought the announcement of Cold Specks’ sophomore effort Neuroplasticity.
