Trance is the new track by Dutch electronic/techno dj and producer Patrice Bäumel. The track named after its own floating character will be featured on Bäumel’s upcoming new release which is to follow shortly. For now, the Amsterdam-based Trouw nightclub resident Bäumel has passed Trance along to XLR8R where it can be streamed and downloaded for free. Hold My Hand is taken from the new studio offering by prolific British deep house producer Jamie Odell aka Jimpster. The record entitled ‘Porchlight And Rocking Chairs’ is the first full-length offering of the Essex-based label owner of Freerange Records in six years. It was released on May 20, 2013 via Freerange. All tracks can be previewed below as one sound file (via Jimpster’s Soundcloud).
Rollergirl has been the first single taken off the album. It was released together with Hold My Hand as double a-side 12″ vinyl and digital download on April 19 via Freerange. The official music video for Rollergirl is produced and directed by Abbie Stephens, check it out below.

Du Tonc is the name of a new indie-disco collaboration by Sydney’s Matt Van Schie (famously known as name giving member of Van She) and UK electronic producer Mighty Mouse. They supposedly met in a Paris cellar night club, and decided to collaborate. Du Tonc’s debut single Darkness (listen below) was released last January, and now they already have another tune out. The new single Surging Memories dropped on May 05, 2013 via Cheap Thrills. Du Tonc are having some worldwide live gigs/festivals coming up, check out the schedule below.

The stunning Dye the Water Green is my favourite track off of the upcoming new album by British electronic/experimental music producer Stephen James Wilkinson, more famously known under is moniker Bibio. The new record – already his seventh full-length offering – is entitled ‘Silver Wilksinson’. It was released in Australia on May 10, 2013 via Warp Records. North American release follows on May 14. The album is recorded and produced by Bibio himself – mostly in his own studio – and he also created the artwork for the record. On the label website, Bibio explains that he sometimes takes things outside while working on new music because the change of environment acts refreshing on the creative process. The recording of the album track À tout à l’heure for example started out in Bibio’s garden on a sunny day, and i think this shows. On his Facebook page, Bibio released a handwritten note about the creation of ‘Silver Wilkinson’, in which he also writes about my album favourite: “With the song ‘Dye The Water Green’ (my personal favourite off the album) I remember going into my brick-wall shed in the garden for a change of scenery and to capture the sound of rain on the tin roof, I remember recording additional musical ideas around a guitar riff I had previously come up with, capturing them to an old ghetto blaster. I remember feeling at the time that I wouldn’t have come up with the same things if I was in my studio. I think putting yourself in different environments affects how you feel and act and essentially can lead to more variety.” Read the full note here, and check out below the current first single You.

‘Silent Speech’ is the title of the new EP by Brooklyn’s dream-pop producer Mauro Remiddi aka Porcelain Raft. He released his debut album ‘Strange Weekend‘ in January 2012 via Secretly Canadian, and now it is time for some new music. Remiddi is currently working on his sophomore LP, and he wanted to ensure that it’s going to sound different, so he simply sold off all his instruments and bought a single modular synthesizer. The result of his self-recorded sessions to learn his ways with the new mod is now released in shape of the five-track instrumental electronic EP ‘Silent Speech’, digitally released via Porcelain Raft’s Soundcloud on May 01, 2013. He spent a month recording the set which he comments with the additional words: “Language is often a defense.“. The EP is streaming in its entirety above via Soundcloud where all five songs can be downloaded for free separately.

Love And Respect is the new and second single off of the upcoming new album by Denmark’s's synth-pop/electronic outfit When Saints Go Machine. The four-piece is comprised of Nikolaj Manuel Vonsild [vocals], Silas Moldenhawer [drums], Jonas Kenton [synths/vocals] and Simon Muschinsky [keys]. The band has released two full-length album to date. Their new and third offering is entitled ‘Infinity Pool’ and will be released in Europe on May 20, 2013 via !K7 Records. North American release follows on May 28. The official video for Love And Respect is directed by Frederik Hviid & Sebastian Birk. It was produced by Kasper Dissing, watch it above. COMA – that’s Marius Bubat and Georg Conrad from Cologne, Germany. The duo signed to renown Cologne label Kompakt plays and produces electronic music – having released various singles and EP’s in the past years. My Orbit is the first official single taken from their anticipated debut full-length. The record is entitled ‘In Technicolor’ and was released on April 29, 2013 via Kompakt. My Orbit was released as 12″ vinyl and digital download on March 25, featuring remixes from Clouds and Dauwd. Chasing Kurt are Pascal Blanché, Wojtek Kutschke and Lukas Poloczek [vocals]. The electro-pop trio – two thirds being Polish and one third German – is based in the small town of Giessen. The guys found together when Kutschke overheard Poloczek’s singing in a bar and invited him to feature on tracks he were producing with Blanché. Chasing Kurt have released five EP’s to date, and the new single From The Inside finally is the first taste of the band’s upcoming same-titled debut full-length. While the record will drop in June, the single already was released with the ‘From The Inside’ EP on April 19, 2013 via Suol Music. It includes two remixes of the song, one of them can be checked out below. The visually incredible music video is directed by the Berlin-based creative design and film company Wolf & Lamm. I’d describe it as minimalistic retro-style, but you can make up your own mind by watching the vid above.

Max, Levin, Fabian and Jan of Berlin’s post-rock outfit This Could Be Yours (TCBY) have just released new music. Back in January we really enjoyed the fabulous new track At Your Feet with its terrific music video. This one and five brand new songs are now featured on a self-titled and self-produced EP that dropped digitally a couple of days ago. It’s a self-release, available worldwide on iTunes.
